Parents - Police Checks

Hi Parents, if you are planning on attending a camp with Orakei Sea Scouts we need you to complete a Scouts NZ Police check. Even if you have a current police check with another organisation, you still need to complete a Scouts NZ Police check.

Step 1 - QR Code

QR Code - Complete the form using the QR code
3rd Page - On the 3rd page of the wizard select the following
- Group Applying For: 1st Orakei Sea Scouts
- Leader Role: Parent Helper ( XXXX Section)
  - XXXXX = Section your child is in, Keas, Cubs, Scouts
- Group Leader: Tim Figgins

Step 2 -Email From Scouts NZ

Email - Check your email for an email from Scouts NZ
Email Subject - Scouts Aotearoa Application - Action Required
Link - You need to click on the Police Vetting Application "Link"
Code of Ethics. - Scroll down and read the Code of Ethics.
